OBJECTIVE: Achieve 10x - 20x ROI through reduced reduced consulting fees, reduced staffing fees and implementation of agile workforce practices. For about the cost of 1/2 FTE (1/2 of a Full-Time Equivalent employee's cost), you will achieve returns in multiples of 10 to 20 times the initial investment.
HOW WE DO IT: Produce your Roadmap To The Agile Workforce for your company. Evaluate workforce agility and responsiveness to business change. Review sourcing, vendor agreements, costs, payment processes, systems and system integration, HR policies. Provide findings and recommended actions.
4 day assessment on-site

- Review individually with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales
- Project Portfolio and Budget
- Organization Structure and Plans

Findings and Actions Follow-up
- Follow-up conference calls, one per month for next 5 months
FEE: $10,000 per month, 12 months
OBJECTIVE: Lock-in annually recurring ROI, not just one time, by ensuring agile workforce practices become permanent.
HOW WE DO IT: Engage us to lead implementation of your Roadmap to the Agile Workforce. This is a continuous improvement initiative to achieve:

We lead your team to learn by doing, following principles of Workforce Supply Chain Management. By the end of this 12-month period, your team will be ready to continuously improve flexibility through Workforce Supply Chain capability.

OBJECTIVE: Boost ROI in more complex organizations where the assessment cannot be completed in one week of on-site analysis. This is a follow-up to the Workforce Agility Assessment.
HOW WE DO IT: Develop a more detailed understanding of organizational agility and capability to respond to business change. How does the business manage the entire workforce? This assessment includes a review of the entire workforce: traditional employees as well as consultants and contractors. We will also evaluate the current state of labor cost allocation in the organization and readiness for true internal flexibility: any employee can be allocated to any business unit.
One additional 4-day assessment on-site
- Opening discussion and kick-off
- Initial review with CFO, COO, Accounting
- Take inventory of all suppliers with Accounting and Operations department
- Detailed process review of on-boarding, separation, controls for IT system credentials
- Closing discussion and departure

- Record hourly rates for each role, for the last 3 months

OBJECTIVE: Guide your team through preparation and selection of an HR, Payroll, Employee Time & Labor enterprise solution, or a full HRIS suite solution.
HOW WE DO IT (STEPS):
1) Initial Assessment on-site, 4 days
- Requirements analysis for HR and Payroll.
- Requirements analysis for labor cost accounting with CFO, Accounting Team and Operations
- Requirements analysis for labor cost reporting and production controls with Operations
- Requirements analysis for with system administrator, super users
- Requirements analysis with HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor system administrator
2) Analysis and documentation off-site, 3 weeks
- Preparation of Request for Proposal (2 weeks)
- Requirements Discussion One with candidate suppliers (virtual meeting)
- Requirements Discussion Two with candidate suppliers (virtual meeting)
3) Prospective vendor demonstration days on-site (2-3 days)
4) Narrow candidates to best solutions.
