You are welcome to invite any of our consultants to join your company as a traditional employee. Getting them to accept may be a challenge. (Big grin.) Consultants join Free Agent Source because they want professional freedom AND all the resources of a large corporation to operate their consulting practice. That’s a combination rarely found in traditional employment. However, in some cases a consultant may indeed choose to join your company as an employee. You are welcome to proceed as mutually agreeable between client and consultant.
